Change Agents of Arizona is not pay to play. No tickets, no sponsorships that secure a seat. Every honoree is nominated and chosen by our partners and board members, earned the way trust is, through how you lead, how you serve, and the impact you leave when no one is watching.
It's the spirit of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award carried into real estate: using the platform we've been given to serve a greater purpose.

Why it exists
Change Agents of Arizona was built on a simple belief: real estate can, and should, be a force for good.

This is a celebration of the professionals who think beyond the transaction, who use their platform with purpose, and who lead with heart.

Change Agents of Arizona is presented by the Homes for Good Foundation, the 501(c)(3) behind everything you see here. All funds raised go directly to the organizations and causes chosen by that year’s honorees, amplifying their individual missions and turning recognition into measurable, real-world change.
Since 2018, Homes for Good has raised over $300,000 and supported more than 20 local nonprofits across the valley.
