2026 Change Agent of Arizona

Josh Carmona

For Josh Carmona—known to generations of radio listeners as Crisco Kidd—influence has always meant more than having an audience. It means having an opportunity to make a difference.

A real estate professional and veteran radio personality with a career spanning more than 25 years, including SiriusXM, Josh has built an extraordinary platform connecting him with people throughout Arizona and beyond. But it is how he has chosen to use that platform that truly defines his impact.

Josh founded Crisco's Kids to provide children and families in need with essential resources, meaningful opportunities, and support when they need it most. What began as a desire to give back has grown into decades of community service, providing toys, food, diapers, school supplies, toiletries, and other necessities to families, while creating experiences that bring joy, dignity, and hope to children throughout the community.

Through Crisco's Kids, Josh also mobilizes volunteers, businesses, donors, and community partners to serve beyond traditional donation drives—from neighborhood and park cleanups to programs supporting children, families, and local schools.

Josh's service has never been occasional. It is deeply woven into the way he approaches his career, relationships, and leadership. He has spent years leveraging his media reach, professional network, and personal influence to connect people who want to help with communities that need them.

That commitment has earned recognition at both the state and national level. In 2025, Josh received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his longstanding commitment to volunteer service, and in the same year was honored with the Arizona REALTORS® Community Outreach Award, presented to a REALTOR® whose extraordinary volunteer efforts create meaningful impact in their community.

Josh also serves as Past President of NAHREP Greater Phoenix, where he continues to advocate for sustainable homeownership, greater access to opportunity, and stronger pathways to homeownership for Latino families and underserved communities.

His commitment to service also extends into civic leadership. Josh serves on the City of Phoenix North Mountain Village Planning Committee, bringing the same community-minded approach to shaping the future of the city he calls home.

Whether he is behind a microphone, guiding a client through one of life's biggest financial decisions, organizing volunteers, delivering necessities to families, or advocating for his community, Josh understands that a platform carries a responsibility.

For more than two decades, Josh Carmona has built influence. Through Crisco's Kids and his continued service to Arizona, he has turned that influence into action.

Because when influence is pointed at the right thing, it becomes impact.

That is what makes Josh Carmona a 2026 Change Agent of Arizona.
