Tim McBride is a top 1% Arizona REALTOR® and Co-Founder of ONE Team Scottsdale at Real Broker, recognized with the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS® 40 Under 40 and HousingWire's Rising Star. But the accolades were never the point.

Sport has always inspired Tim, and always will. It taught him that a platform only matters if you use it for something bigger than yourself. That conviction became Change Agent: more than a title, a standard to push beyond the transaction, serve with a bigger why, and make real estate a force for good.

In 2018 he founded the Homes for Good Foundation, now over $300,000 raised for more than 20 local nonprofits across the valley. From it came Change Agents of Arizona, his interpretation of the NFL's Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, honoring the leaders who measure success by the difference they make, not just the deals they close.

That's the legacy Tim is building: proof that business, at its best, is a vehicle for something greater. A man of faith, a husband, and a father of three, he calls North Scottsdale home.
